History of Zaitun Time Series
Zaitun Time Series was originally developed by the “time series” team as final project of four years diploma degree in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Statistik (Institute of Statistics), Jakarta, Indonesia in 2007. Members of the team were Rizal Zaini Ahmad Fathony, Suryono Hadi Wibowo, Wawan Kurniawan, Muhamad Fuad Hasan, Al Maratul Sholihah, and Rismawaty.
The developer team continued the development of Zaitun Time Series. Members of the team were fresh graduates, most graduating in 2007, and worked in Badan Pusat Statistik (Statistics of Indonesia) in several provinces in Indonesia.
Through Zaitun Software, the team tried to realize a dream of developing Zaitun Time Series and related software into a serious project suitable for solving statistical problems in time series modeling and forecasting, and helping the analysis of time series data.
The first version of Zaitun Time Series, version 0.1.1, came out at the beginning of August 2008 and was written in C# and .NET Framework 2.0. In the middle of August 2008, Zaitun Time Series was hosted and announced to the public.

Zaitun Time Series Wins The Indonesia ICT Award 2009 for Research and Development Category
Zaitun Time Series Application won the Indonesia ICT Award 2009 given by the Department of Communication and Information, Republic of Indonesia.
Zaitun Time Series v 0.1.4 Released
This version changed the neural network library to Encog-CS, changed the Excel library to ExcelLibrary, and introduced a new graphical user interface.
